What we store, and why.

The catalogue, the guides and shared outfits are public. Reading them requires no account and stores nothing about you beyond the ordinary server logs our hosting provider keeps to run and protect the service.

Account: your email address and display name, and, if you sign in with Google, the Google account identifier. Passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider; we never see them.

What you do in the app: your swipes (like, pass, save), saved items, outfits you build or share, the profile the app derives from those swipes (your Style DNA), your chosen language and audience, and, if you turn them on, push notification subscriptions.

Payments: if you buy premium or the one-off Style DNA reset, Stripe processes the payment. We store the Stripe customer identifier and whether your subscription is active. Card details never reach our servers.

Your account and the swipe history exist to provide the service you asked for. Without them there is no Style DNA and no personalised feed (performance of a contract). Payment records are kept because tax law requires it (legal obligation). Anything else, such as push notifications, happens only if you switch it on (consent), and you can switch it off again.

Neon hosts the database, in the European Union (Frankfurt). Vercel hosts and serves the application. Stripe handles payments. Anthropic powers the AI stylist: when you ask it a question, that question, the relevant catalogue items and your style profile are sent to their API to generate the answer. We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts on the site.

Two kinds, both necessary: a session cookie so you stay signed in, and a small preference cookie that remembers your language. There are no advertising or profiling cookies.

Account data stays until you delete your account. You can wipe your Style DNA and swipe history at any time from the Style DNA screen inside the app, which removes those records permanently. Payment records are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to how it is used. Email info@delta-design.nl from the address on your account and we will handle it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Dripswipe is not aimed at children. If you are under 16, please use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
